Apply for a marriage license online?

My fiance and I were planning on tying the knot a few weeks ago. We are just wanting to
apply for the license and have a small ceremony just him and I and our daughter. we found
out the week prior to getting married that he would be leaving for West Virginia for his job for
a month, and then he ending up leaving the next day! Is it possible to apply for a marriage license
without him in the state of Texas? Or even online?

NO! It’s not possible. Both of you have to resent yourselves in person in front of the magistrate to get the license, with ID.
