what are good dental jobs for people under 18?

my friend wants to be a nurse so she is a CNA- she took courses and she is 16.
i want to be an orthodontist so i want to start working in the field, what are courses i can take or jobs i can have in this field as a 16 year old? are there certified dental assistant courses?

My Father is a DDS.

You can start by going to your Dentist or Orthodontist and letting them know about your interest in the field and they should be glad to have you ask them about working as a Dental Assistant and learning on the job. Dentists know many of the other Dental Professionals in the area and could help you find a place to help out or work for.

If you don’t have a regular Dentist then go to one soon as possible for a dental cleaning and talk to them.

If your Dental Professional can’t help you try and ask another Dental Professional. When you go be conservative in your appearance.

Some community colleges have Dental Hygiene programs and you could save money by first becoming a Dental Hygienist. They make very good money so it is a good way to pay off the college bills as you go through the Dental or Ortho education.
