Why did James Dyson take his manufacturing plant to Malyasia? Why not create jobs in the UK?

Hello friends, why did james dyson move his plant to Malayasia? I know the cost would be cheaper and all about the profit but surley why not be loyal and create jobs in the uk with this company?

Dyson of all people I would have expected to stay in the UK but I guess the difference in costs must be too big for him to stay here. Malaysia is very advantageous for high-tech manufacturing. Aside from lower costs, they speak a good standard of English and have a high level of technical/engineering education.

At the end of the day it’s just not cost-effective to manufacture in this country any more.
