Now days, most people do not start a job with the knowledge or belief that they will do the same job for the rest of his life. As technology and the way we work changes, many people expect to have several job or career changes during their working lives. So how do you decide on what job or race is the one for you?

Find the job that fits your personality, your lifestyle and your skills is not easy. The best place to start a personal assessment and inventory of their skills. So site down with a pencil and paper and list 10 things that are good and the 10 things you're wrong. The list of 10 personal traits:

* Are you artistic or logic?

* Is it orderly or methodical?

* Are you a night person or a person a day?

* Do you work better in groups, leading a group or alone?

* How much risk is taking?

Now list what you want from your work:

* Do you want security, variety, travel etc?

* How money want to live?

* Where to work?

* What kind of hours do you want to work. Flexible / floating / fixed etc?

Finally, the list of professional skills and experience.

Once you have made this list of no more than 5 different careers that you think you like to have.

Going to a great career board and the search for job titles that you think may be interested to look very carefully job descriptions and identify those that ask for skills, personal characteristics and experience you have. Keep doing this until you have identified the type career you might have.

Now look at the level of responsibility required and the place itself at the appropriate point in their careers. Is this the career you want? Is there room for growth? Are the salary and benefits that are looking for? Congratulations you have now found one or more potential careers for your car.
Now go back to work together and find the right job for you in the area to work in
