Vocational Guidance – CA and MBA? ?

I am a graduate of Commerce (Major: Accounting and Finance), currently pursuing chartered accountancy in the India. Looking for a career in corporate banking. I'd like to get an MBA in Finance immediately after my course in CA I hope to complete in 2010. (Also I'm thinking about taking the GMAT and TOEFL at the time). My 3 ½ years of work experience as an apprentice (called articulated as an assistant or junior partner) in an audit firm and a orderly experience summer internship in marketing and investment banking qualify as work experience for my MBA course? Or will it be considered as training? (Work experience is mandatory for the CA course.) How should I plan my applications for all B-schools such as Harvard, Wharton and Stanford?
