Why did Republican Reagan not get the Nobel Prize for lowering tariffs?

Stuff is less expensive thanks to lower tariffs, and now we have lots of service jobs. Wal-Mart is not even as selfish anymore with their made in America slogan they use to have in the early 80`s. Heck I don`t even have to pay my employees as much because stuff is cheaper.

What makes you think that they didn’t tell him that he did win a N.P.P.
His mental capacities were so diminished near the end that he would have believed anyone or thing.
