If you have no degree, and only experience and mid age, are you are dead end in searching for job?

It seems more difficult nowadays to look for another job without degree. What do you think?

You are not at a dead end, however, you will be looking at a much smaller paycheck than somebody with a degree. You can always work your way up in a company if you stick around long enough, but if you lose that position, without the degree, u’ll be starting over at the bottom. My poor mom worked at the same company for 26 years. She became a VP, with no degree. She lost that job, and is currently making considerably less, in a less than stellar position, and one of her biggest hurdles was she was over experienced for the lower positions, and under educated for the higher ones.
