Part Time Jobs Best Buy

Buying a house versus rent? Full-time college student w / part-time job.?
I'm 20 years old college student full time with a part-time work (what little). Today, I live with my parents and everything goes well. I have a full scholarship and has no student loan. Also, I saved about $ 21,000 in different money markets, mutual funds (Janus and Franklin Templeton), and savings accounts. If we buy a house, my parents would help me fully with bills, mortgage payments, etc, besides you would get a tax cut (second home). We are in no hurry to buy a house, but what we all recommend considering my situation? Wait a while and stay home? Keep saving? Buying a house or home (which?)? Rent? Oh, yes, the price range we're seeing is between $ 50,000-100,000 for a small house. Furthermore, we live in a safe area with good school district where households tend to appreciate. Thanks for your advice. I also have a Roth IRA invested in Franklin Templeton-about $ 3500
If you can afford to buy, I would suggest buying. If you do not hurry to leave the house of your parents, however, your best option is to stay and continue hiding the money. You may want to open an account retirement, in addition to what we already have. BTW – Take your savings! Few young people who are diligent. Congratulations!
