Minute 1: Define what exactly you worry. Write it down.

The concern is latent fear. In the old days, would only be like hell, when we were scared, but today we are far from our little bubble pots concern. So the first thing to do is to face what worries us, and then set down in writing. Set a kitchen timer to make sure you spend at least one minute in each of these steps. Intensely focused on every minute and do as completely and honestly.

Minute 2: How realistically can sneak the problem? Write it down.

For example, if you are worried about having enough money for retirement, then one to "solution" such as work would always be a way to slip, but this is not practical unless you are a robot! And the saving and investing for retirement is not wringing out, it is taking steps to solve the problem concern.

So, is there any way you can sneak intelligent, perhaps moving to Uzbekistan where the cost of living is less, to live with the children, etc? Write it down.

Minute 3: If you can not avoid the problem, what can you do?

Now write down the most reasonable solutions than likely solve your problem. Of course, if you care about things like death and taxes, there is no reasonable solutions, so go directly to minute 5!

Minute 4: Write the date on which you want to start their solutions.

It really promises to take action on this issue regardless of how serious or fear it may be. The unknown is always more intimidating than any disclosure can be a: truth is the principle of love, and when there is love, not fear.

Minute 5: What's the worst that could happen? Write it down.

If your concerns really how bad it could get? Given this below. If you are concerned, for example, that could have the Ebola virus, photograph everything and move to a "writing it!

Minute 6: Just in case the worst happens, what left?

If you lose your wealth, you have your health? If you lose your wealth and your health, you will have your friends? If you lose your health and wealth and friends, will have their faith? And if you lose your faith, what's new borders will be forced to discover, upon entering that door immense emptiness? Only ignorance of this universe, the immensity and its mysteries, takes us to despair. It is impossible to lose it all. That can not happen-ever. Write down what remains.

Minute 7: Focus on your breathing.

Everything can be done has been done, so now put all of your head and just seeing his body breathe. The body does this naturally without their help in any way that Dona't even have to worry about it! If thoughts interfere as you watch your body breathe, observe the thoughts as soon as possible and then fire them, turning their attention to the breath. This is a "just breathe see her body" is much easier than the previous steps, because at this point, everything is as it should, everything is fine.

Minute 8: Count your breaths out.

In respiration, a breath counting to "1A" in the breath, a breath counting to "2A" etc. You should be able to count to somewhere between 2 and 14 in a minute depending on how you are breathing deeply. Short and shallow breaths are a dead give away stress!

9 Minute: Watch your thoughts.

Now stop watching the breath, or count, and instead account of his thoughts. To make this easier, imagine yourself in a motorway bridge, and the picture of his thought, like cars and trucks passing below. Go Dona't in a car or truck (a thought), and a walk, just come and go under out of sight without getting involved.

Minute 10: Â "Courage.Â"

Now go back to watching the breath, and with every breath and each out breath, repeat silently to yourself the word "courage.Â" At the encouragement of an "A" Courage, an "exhalation Â-Â "CourageÂ" etc. force Dona't breathing; allow the body to breath naturally.

And so caring is concerned, let things take their course. Take proactive steps to solve their problems, of course, but we know that sometimes things happen that we think are tragedies, but in the end are blessings disguise.
