Ny Jobs State

If New york state is so worried about jobs and people leaving the state.?

Why do they out source their unemployment pay roll checks to a bank in califoria? Chase// Can’t they find a bank in NY state and keep the jobs here?

This is not really a NYC travel question, and I have no idea about unemployment checks. This seems sort of trivial and not anything that matters a lot. As long as they’re not having the checks done in India, I’m fine with it.
Edit: Yeah, right, Jeff. It’s small-town America that’s going to save the economy because that’s where all the banking, manufacturing and trade are done, right? Brilliant.
