Nerf Bars – the beginning of my new career

Now I am 47 years and many people told me that the best time of my life is much higher. His views were verified I lost my job after two months ago. I worked for an advertising agency in San Diego, but the management decided to replace me for a recent graduate, who is 24. Not know why the world has the idea that people over 40 are not able to be creative or to understand and interpret current trends. They forget that the trends not just created and presented by young people who are, by far the minority in our society. More than 50 percent of all people in Western countries are more 45 but unfortunately completely forgotten by the malls, where only models and athletes are shown.

Do not want to sound bitter and of course I like to watch a commercial where hot girls are the presentation of the new magazine Victoria's Secret. But I can not understand why a girl of 25 years of age is advertising a BMW. Seriously What is the target group of cars like BMW or Mercedes? Girls, do not even have the money to pay their own bills? I do not think so. In summary, I believe that a commercial has the task of convincing customers of the quality of the product. And therefore needs of actors in the ad to know what they are talking to the client can trust him or her and therefore rely on the product. For example, if a commercial lawyers, want to see OJ Simpson on the screen. This man was in court justice more often than in the football field, so he knows what he is talking. But when I see Paris Hilton in the commercial talking about the quality of schools or libraries in Los Angeles, I wonder, "What is happening?"

But back to me, a man who was supposed to do with life. I'm not like many older men who have accepted his fate after losing something in their lives. Never give up. Why should I? I have a great wife and two adorable children. There is still much to do for me in my life and the loss of a job is no reason to change this way of thinking. But what chance do I have as a man of my age who has always worked in creative jobs. As I said, unfortunately this type of business, where only young people have the opportunity to succeed, appears to be part of my past. So I looked in the local newspapers for jobs offered that fit my resume and strengths. But after twenty calls to different personal managers of local companies had to accept that there were no suitable jobs for me at all.

But two weeks ago, my cousin gave me a tip on a good job. It's a job that does not have the best reputation, but the pay is better than everyone thinks. I'm talking about my career as a garbage man. Many people probably think that this work is only for the lower class in our society, but the paycheck will be proof that it is not. So I have decided to become in a landfill. I will start in three weeks and I want to be ready for my new job. But what is the best training for this type of work? Exactly! – Standing driving in a car and learning to jump. So I recently bought a car accessory that allows me this kind of training – Nerf bars. This purchase is the beginning of my new career as a garbage man and nobody can argue about all this.
