Careers in the medical field??

Can anyone give me a list of careers in the medical field and what those careers entail? Be basic as that, doctor, nurse, paramedic, etc. but I know there's more. I am not looking to get my masters in what one that can be completed with some type of certification program would be favorable. thanks!
