Rockefeller: Jobs bill is vital
CHARLES TOWN – U. S. Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va., is urging the passage of a new jobs bill that is being considered by federal lawmakers. Known as the American Workers, State and Business Relief Act, the measure would extend federal unemployment benefits as well as a series of tax cuts.
