my father and I are talking about this and he thinks there is no job in the field of video game. How many Would you say there? Like many millions of people.

The video game industry is one that is out of control, there is great demand for new game so there are jobs worldwide. The problem is that everybody wants to get into this industry and that the work will fill up quickly and with more qualified people. I recommend learning how to develop games themselves, creating their own development team, start small, make your own advertising. You may not always make it big as Microsoft, but you will have fun and gain experience. Then you have a name for himself and larger video game companies will be less likely to throw your resume without looking at him. Who knows, maybe you do not need to send a resume. They will see their games in the independent press and are looking for. And do not let anyone get you down.
