www.idealist.org is a great resource. Also check with your local parks and recreation department. The EPA, DEP and DEC are good places for federal jobs. Google them! If you don’t have luck with that be creative with your job searches in the search engine. Depending on your interests the following are good examples: Field Technician, Conservationist, Research Assistant, Lab Technician, Camp Counsler, Environmental Education etc. Not many job posting contain the phrase “environmental jobs”.
