Jobs Make Alot Money
Graduate..yet i can only get min wage job when drop outs make ALOT of money?? Hellllppp?
I am in my first year of college, i graduated high school in ’08 and i can’t seem to find a decent job. The only places that will hire me is fast food places and i really want something that pays above minimum wage. [which is $6.55 here in louisiana]
It really upsets me to know that i graduated high school in the top percentage of my class, and i’m attending college, yet all i can get is a min wage job. Yet i know of many people who dropped out in high school and have not got their g.e.d but they have jobs making $2000 a week.
Does anyone know of any types of business that would hire that is not fast food, retail, or any other min wage place?? Just some ideas so i will know what to look for next time i put out applications
- me going to school is not the problem bcuz i take internet courses at home, and one on campus in the evening
maybe u are lacking experience, try for sales…….and u should definatly work at retail if u have no experience…….ur pals with no g.e.d. didnt get 2000$ a week as their first job………its called netowrking after u gain some experience……..employers dont want book worms, maybe ur not confident…..or maybe u didnt have a right time availability for work…………..
