Please suggest Big Island of Hawaii oceanfront rental building?

I have a job with oceanography coming up in February for 6 months. Location in the Kailua Kona Hawaii area and I’d like to rent a place on the ocean to fish and surf when not working.
I’m bringing my 14 year old son and our dog.
I need a house and not an apartment building.
I contacted rental agents already but so far have yet to find a place that we need.
Do you have any suggestions ?

this waterfront property is where we stayed while on the big island and we try to return every other year.
nice and quiet ‘cept for the sound of the surf and it’s located at the main surfing location.
