Moving out of state while on probation?

Ok, so I’m needed to move out of state VERY QUICKLY to another state for my job but i’m currently on probation here in AZ. My PO has said that it’s possible to get the probation transferred, but that that process could take up to 6 months. I need this done in about 2 weeks. Are they are any options for me? I really don’t want to lose my job. My PO is definately on my side and will recommend it to the judge. She also stated that there may be a possibility of staying on probation here while still moving on some sort of supervised probation. Anyone with any help PLEASE reply. Thanks.

The judge is really not part of the equation in interstate compact transfers. Your PO initiates the transfer through the AZ Interstate Compact office, and they then send the request to the receiving state.
Your PO can request Emergency Reporting Instructions. These are supposed to be acted upon within 5 days, but rarely are. If you have a job in the receiving state, your PO may be able to issue you a travel permit to go there for a limited period of time. However, if the other state denies the transfer request, you will have to return to AZ.
