There are still plenty of jobs in a recession that will not require a degree. When times are hard and need a job, here are a few posts work which can be used.
Maids and housekeepers – Finding a job as housekeeper is best done through your local neighborhood Reputation or sending your credentials in libraries. There are a lot of labor, but to develop a relationship with the homeowner, you can get more references from your friends.

Taxi & Chauffeur – If you like driving and are good with the trafficking routes, may work as a chauffeur or taxi driver. The hours can be long and some customers may rebel, but occasionally you get good advice for people driving to airports or more destinations.
Security Guards – There is some risk that as a security guard, but usually only requires a background check and a willingness to take hours late. This is a difficult job to take on if you have a family or responsible other people with the morning. It will also be difficult at first to adapt to sleep schedules.
Fast cook food – no guarantee of employment as a cook fast food. The reason is the turnover rate of 300% in this profession. Many people left their posts fast food job for various reasons and you can take advantage of the opening. It does not take too long to learn the techniques and guidelines on how food is cooked and served.
