Are there careers in medicine and English skills?

I'm starting what we call the university in England (16-18 years of age, studied for 2 years to obtain the so-called A-level qualifications that make us work or university). Anyway, my ideal career would include medicine, but also involve a lot of English (as in communication, writing, etc.). Not these races are there? If yes, please give, and what it implies work. Thank you very much. =) Journalist doctor sounds interesting …. What is usually involved?

You could be a psychiatrist, perhaps, or a journalist doctor. It depends on whether more emphasis on the English, or the drug.
