I am an indian, i would like to migrate to canada as soon as possible. i have few questions to be answered

how is the job oppurtunities for a software professional in canada(which city/province is the best)?

i have heard that immgrants will not find a job easily, how far is this true?

i am going to apply for immigration now. my profile:
Edu: 3 years grad +12th = 15 years edu
age: 23
IELTS: 7.5 aggregated, 7 in each section(Academic)
Work expereince: 2+

i know very basics of french, like there number system, alphabets and very very basic language( learnt from alianse francaise, french gopvernment affiliated in india). How do they test my french skills?

if i get 2 points for french then only i would get just 67 points, should i apply or should i wait for another year before applying?

as, i have already taken up academic ielts and scored more than desired in academics. should i take ielts again in the general module?
