College Careers List

What are good careers for trips that require a college degree?
I will not be the stay at home type. I travel to all kinds of places and experience new cultures. I know about international affairs, journalism, and good health care is what I do. Is there anything else? and the divisions of the list would be better? I am open to Opinons and facts. Thanks! PS – I still want to be an American citizen and come home atleast once a year.
