can i file for unemployment benefits due to moving next to my husband to different city in florida?

after 2 years separation im moving in back with my husband. that means from fort lauderdale to tampa in florida. should i file with a present job a leave of absence.
any help highly apreaciated.

You can file, but it will probably be denied. You were the one who left the company. As far as the leave of absence, that would be unfair to the employer unless you can tell them that you are definitely returning within a reasonably short time frame
