Survey: When do you predict ‘equal rights’ laws will be abolished?

As im sure everyone has noticed the new leader of the united states is considered a minority proving that the color of your skin does not reflect the heights you can reach is a career. Yet there are sill civil rights laws in place demanding that a certain percentage of employees in company’s, kids entering college and so forth are not Caucasian. When will these laws be obsolete so that a person is judged on their abilities and qualifications rather then trying to meet a quota? I know that this is all very new but still an interesting question to me. When will everyone actually be viewed as equal rather then governed that way.
Yeah, I feel real guilty from my ancestries taking them from a poverty, famish, and disease stricken county to one of the most powerful and wealthy countries in the world. Makes a lot of seance to me…

You know that will never happen because we are supposed to feel guilty for what our Great Great Grandparents did to someones else’s Great Great Grandparents.
