Are you an ISTJ?  Do you wonder what is the best race ISTJ might be for you? Well, I guess if you're reading this, you are a fan of MBTI – or of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, as am. As consultant career change, I found to be a great tool that helps career changers know where to go next.
So how to make a connection between your personality type and careers that you might consider? No doubt you will be happier in a race in which they are able to use your preferred style of operation for most of the time. So when you are considering new career options, take the elements of its type in mind.
Using your Introversion
Make sure that there will be opportunities to work in a way calm and focused and will have time to think and reflect on the work they are doing. If you are constantly required to interact with colleagues and clients, thinking on your feet as you go you will probably find it a struggle.
Using their detection
You probably will be happier if your work involves handling of facts and processes that you can see an immediate practical application. You are great with the application Detailed systems and may feel less comfortable if your work demands are constantly coming up with new ideas and approaches.
Use of your thinking
You are a clear headed, logical thinker and have great ability to weigh the pros and cons objectively. is likely to prefer a work environment where everyone works with clear principles and rules and feel less than inspired by an environment that has a strong focus "people".
Using your judge
You prefer a planned, orderly and is likely to be methodical and systematic in the way work. just want to know what is supposed to have to do can continue with it. If a job requires cutting and changing constantly, or if the environment is quite chaotic and unstructured, it is likely that this drainage.
