Best Career Without College Degree

With a college degree, it takes an administrative assistant position be damaging to my career?
At 22, I have graduated and am about to take a position as an administrative assistant with a company with a large margin of progress. In my current organization, I realized that all people with this title are those without degrees. However, entry-level (ish) opportunities are hard to find in the field of marketing / advertising (my field) and I feel as a function management is all for now I'll put up that building more experience. If I spent a year or two to do this would be this bad to potential employers in the way?
If you decide to venture down this path, choose an administrative position in his field. Employers see work experience as indecision unrelated and lack of confidence, which makes choosing a position in a totally foreign country would hurt. Be an Administrative Assistant is a good way to catapult a field if you choose carefully. Try to work in this capacity for a company that eventually can hire for the job you want to have, because internal candidates often get preferential consideration for employment. Take a moment to network with other employees (in the human resources department and greed, mostly) and know the inner workings of the company. Build the most experience and knowledge as you can and what can be more of an asset to the organization.
