No J-O-B ! So many job websites, how should I plan my day to use my time wisely?

So many job websites.
how should I plan my time ?
There’s career builder, then there is yahoo jobs , then there is monster, then there is craigslist , then dice so on and so forth .
What’s the best way to start searching ?
Should I just stick with one website a day or multiple, What do you recommend ?

When I was laid off, I perused all those, sent out numerous resumes to appropriate listings.

In two months time, I got 2 interviews from it, and no job offers. So I tried something different and went with an employment agency. They had me working in 5 days.
