Best Career Choices Future

Best career choice?
I am currently an Accounting student but looking into changing my major to Business Management. The Accounting field scares me because I feel that eventually computers and technology will be taking over Accounting jobs. I love the accounting classes I have taken and a majority of them are classes needed for the Business Management degree so I wouldn’t be behind of credits, I just don’t know which one is best in terms of the future of them both and salary and the jobs available. Could someone explain to me what the difference in them would be in terms of the future, job availability, and salary? It would be greatly appreciated!
Business management is a safer career choice than accounting. Accounting is scary not because computers and technology will render it obsolete, but because many companies are sending accounting jobs to India – no joke, India has universities that train their students in English and US tax law, and those workers cost a fraction of the US wage – so many entry level accounting jobs will dry up over the next several years. Also, accounting is a narrow field – it’s tough to move into management or marketing, or even to other areas within finance.
Business management is much broader and gives you more career options – you can work in finance, accounting, marketing, management, or any business field you want. Then you could elect to specialize in accounting – but having the broader business knowledge as a base will position you to be promoted faster at work. Business majors are always in demand, and business jobs offer great upside over the long-term. If you do business management, you can also take some accounting courses on the side.
