WOW, “Apple’s Jobs earns a dollar” — How does he make it for living?

Jobs makes his income from company stock. All decent company leaders do this. Think about it, his job as head of a publically-traded company is to make money for the stockholders. An easy way to prove you are making an honest effort to do this is to draw a salary of $1, owning lots of company stock, and plan on earning the rest of your money by improving the stock price.

(He also has “options”, which allow him to buy shares at a future date at a predecided price. If this price is, say, $5, and he can drive the stock up to $10, he can double his money)
