Do you know anything about a company called “American Writers & Artists Inc.” Are they reputable?

The company is based in Florida and sends out brochures about copywriting careers. I need to know about their reliability and trustworthyness. Please, pertanent info only.
This company is advertising for writers who want to become copywriters. They claim they have a progam to teach writers how to write QUALITY COPY that, (they claim,) is in great demand by companies all over the world.
The plan they are promoting costs less than $600.00 and, (this is the part that I am worried about,) can be paid for in installments.

I solicit all my writers from eZine articles I read or from Freelance sites.

Never heard of them or been contacted by them.
