Privacy and secrecy has been merged into a single definition, if one believes in what is propagated by the media. A news flash recently promoted Â'secret Oprah Winfrey's' children. Oprah's best friend and colleague, Gayle King, Oprah spokesman was confirming to the media after the declaration Oprah of the journal Â'OÂ. "Only my family and closest friends knew. I would tell anyone until I felt safe enough to share my dark past: the years he was sexually abused from age 10 to 14, my resulting promiscuity as a teenager and, finally, at 14, my becoming pregnant. "Oprah Winfrey was shattered when a family member in 1990 that had a baby at 14, says in the new edition of its magazine. The baby lived. Gayle King reported, an "Oprah did not tell me until several years in our relationship.Â" Ms. King spoke like a failure on the part of not telling Oprah the beginning of their friendship as if Oprah had to tell you everything.
Oprah is kept a secret about his past or that she exercise her right to privacy?
The definition of the right to privacy and to keep a secret differs substantially.
"Keeping a secret or the secret: (adjective) 1 A: to keep from knowledge or view: Hidden B: marked by the custom of discreet few c: working with hidden aims or methods: Undercover (secret agent) d: unrecognized: no confessed (a secret girlfriend) e: conducted in secret (a secret trial)
2: far from human attendance or notice: Private "Merriam Webster Dictionary
Right to privacy:
"The right to privacy (noun) has a meaning: a legal right (not explicitly provided for in the Constitution USA) to remain alone, the right to live a life free from undue publicity. Although not stated explicitly in the U.S. Constitution, the right to privacy has been considered implicit in the Bill of Rights, providing protection against unwarranted government intrusion in areas such as marriage and contraception. "Merriam Webster Dictionary
"The right of an individual to privacy may be outweighed by a compelling state interest. In tort law, protect privacy rights of intimate life and affairs of exposure to public view or from another invasion. Less broad right to privacy afforded the protection public officials and others defined by law as public figures "A-movie stars, media personalities, authors, business moguls (Donald Trump, Warren Buffet, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, et al) Merriam Webster Dictionary
Acceptance of these definitions, clearly exercised their A'right Oprah to privacy.as "The persistent demand that some people are Â'obligated 'to make your life an open book to the public and the media as entertainment or the raison d'à ª tre is a reflection of those who hold that belief and says nothing about the person whose life is public believe that right to invade.
It has become a global concern for most peoplee-like celebrities based tabloid magazines and TV attest to live through others instead of creating an interesting, exciting and rewarding life for themselves. Princess Diana and Jackie Kennedy before her and numerous entertainment personalities come to mind-were persecuted all over the world as fodder for the insatiable thirst for living life peoplee indirectly through another person. While there may be some collusion between the public and the person who is persecuted, it would have preferred life in their control, rather than expose all the details of their lives.
