Professional advice please?
I have worked occasionally, for 31 years as a hairdresser. Licensed in six states. I had other jobs too. Some, including Hospice Aide, Certified Nurses Aid, Home Health, office cleaning, offset printing jobs adult oriented (telephones, cashier in a private club, which was fun), traditional call center jobs and some terrible temporary assignments in the offices he hated. I am old now. No I'm crazy for doing hair, but still for the $ $ $. It's nice to work in a place where music is on all day and people laugh and joke all day while work. But physically, I'm in labor pain. Too many aches and pains … and uninsured. I have to find something else to do, allow me to wear clothes casual or informal training. Not being in an office. Preferably in the evening. Both sitting and standing. Not pay less than they do now .. School or license, have a short course. Such involve time travel. Insurance coverage. Any suggestions?
but not at night, teaching may be a good job for you. Advantages: hard as hell to be fired, in serious demand, the year of the short, the benefits compared with children most of the day, not so difficult, very relaxed if anything, Lotsa holidays. Cons: pay isn't the greatest range, with children most of the day, isn't education for all, requires a degree of schooling.
