How I can find a job in the DC metropolitan area? I have 25 years of age; degree with 2 years work experience.?

I looking for a proven and certified "Career Coach" in the DC metropolitan area to help me in the search process. If you have experience Working with a professional career coach or other employment agency, please let me know! I am also interested in working for a nonprofit profit as the American Red Cross in Falls Church, Virginia and The Nature Conservancy, Arlington, VA.
