How I can find a job in the DC metropolitan area? I have 25 years of age; degree with 2 years work experience.?

I looking for a proven and certified "Career Coach" in the DC metropolitan area to help me in the search process. If you have experience Working with a professional career coach or other employment agency, please let me know! I am also interested in working for a nonprofit profit as the American Red Cross in Falls Church, Virginia and The Nature Conservancy, Arlington, VA. If you have suggestions on the best strategy to get an interview with this type organizations, please advise. I have a BA from James Madison University and 2 years experience in retail and operations (office supervisor). No I am interested in the retail industry itself.

well first you have called this non-profit or volunteer you mention them in their days that way you can get to know people internaly they can put in a good word for you!, I am an employment consultant and I need to require a little more than two exp years. hire someone who can do what I do.
